By accessing de NeliDesign’s training (“School”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Email Address collection
By joining this School, you are consenting to join NeliDesign’s email list through ConvertKit where you will receive regular communications such as weekly newsletters and occasional promotional offers. You can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of the email or by emailing info@nelidesign.com.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials (videos, PDFs, and text files) on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the School’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server
- Permission is granted to download and modify SVG cut files created by NeliDesign on this School’s website for personal use. This is a grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
- This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time.
Courses
Sharing or reselling items or files purchased through a course, as well as any other digital proprietary information that is the property of NeliDesign, is strictly prohibited. All files purchased from NeliDesign are for personal use only. For each purchase of a course, only one user is allowed access to the course content. You may not purchase a course to share with another user.
Cut files
All cut files downloaded from NeliDesign, including purchases in the shop are for personal use only unless the “Limited commercial license” is bought. For more details, see the “Terms of use” file downloaded with the Cut file.
Content
All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code (collectively, “Content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel,” and arrangement of such Content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to NeliDesign with all rights reserved, and is protected by trade dress, copyright, patent and trademark laws, and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. All other trademarks, service marks and logos used in this Site are the trademarks, service marks or logos of their respective owners. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Website or other medium, for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without NeliDesign’s express prior written consent.
