Decorating a Christmas tree doesn’t have to be really expensive. Since I’m the kind of person who doesn’t like to have the exact same tree every year, I tend to look for some Christmas ornaments that will be:
- Not too pricey
- Easy to store and doesn’t take too much space

How to use mesh tubing in your Christmas tree
I found this mesh tubing that can be used in all sorts of crafts projects. For my part, I decided to make bows out of it and use them in my Christmas tree.
How to make bows with the mesh tubing
To make a bow that looks good, you’ll need at least 15 to 18 feet of mesh tubing. Since my roll came in 30 yards (90 feet), I made 6 bows of 15 feet each.
First, cut the mesh tubing at the desired length. Then start bending it like that while holding it in the center.
I made it at least 16 inches large.
Finally, I used a chenille craft stem to secure it.
You can then, use a small piece of ribbon and make a simple knot so it looks better.
And there you have it, a beautiful mesh tubing bow that you can use in your Christmas tree (or anywhere you want as a matter of fact!)
